Jennings Social Media & MarTech Announces Live Stream Video Launch

Jennings Social Media & MarTech launched a Facebook Live Stream Video promotion for an upcoming Live Stream. Interns at the agency began testing digital marketing products this summer and making recommendations for strategic implementation for specific clients.

Over the past several years, we have seen the rise of multiple live streaming platforms: Periscope, Meerkat, Youtube Live, Tumblr live streams, Facebook Live and dozens of other budding enterprises. And while your social media feeds may already seem saturated with video, a recent Cisco study shows that 80 percent of all consumer web traffic will be for video by 2019. For many brands, this presents an exciting opportunity to convey their message virtually any time audiences are on social networks or applications, whether they are getting ready in the morning or winding down at night.


For these reasons and more recommended by growth experts at Forbes, Jennings Social Media & MarTech has decided to begin live streaming our own brand. The first step was to determine which channel would suit our goals most appropriately. Our main objectives were:

Facebook is Jennings Social Media & MarTech’s preferred way to show off office culture and showcase creative client work. To this effect, our creative team developed the idea of shooting a brief “Day in the Life of a Digital Marketing Agency” video and launching it live.

Using Facebook insights and analytical research, our team decided it was best to start the broadcast at 3 p.m. CST on Wednesday, June 8 to garner the most viewership possible within the company’s social network.
