JSMM is excited to announce that Simon Kuo as SVP executive creative director.
Simon Kuo will be leading the visual creative direction for the agency by providing clients with original photography and videos that produce authentic and meaningful content.
Simon Kuo is a senior executive who is passionate about creating vision, strategy, products and creative for small to multi-billion dollar businesses. As a photographer, he has been published internationally and his work has been featured in Inc. Magazine, the Chicago Tribune, The Kansas City Star and other national publications. Clients of his commissioned work include Sporting Kansas City, HP, Procter & Gamble and numerous others. He has been directly responsible for developing and managing products that have generated over $1.5B in revenues; and has led the strategy, business planning and competitive intelligence functions in Fortune 65 to 300 companies. In 2016, he helped co-found the Kauffman Foundation funded artists network Guildit. He is currently a member of the National Press Photographers Association and president of the Kansas City/Mid America Chapter of the American Society of Media Photographers.
Simon combines technicality with creativity. “My focus has always been to fuse technical excellence with creativity and creative collaboration. I’m excited to work with the JSMM team to redefine how social and advertising are done,” Kuo said.
