Influencer Outreach Strategy for Real Estate Client

Our agency created a comprehensive sales and digital marketing strategy for an international client in the luxury residential real estate industry. A component of the program was to increase brand awareness among potential buyers interested in luxury villas in the Dominican Republic. We researched and segmented audiences based on personas, competitors, keywords and interests. From the data, we were able to carve out a specific niche of influencers who catered to an audience of 40+, interested in travel and who could purchase a second home or investment property. The first 60 days of the campaign resulted in multiple placements on international travel blogger’s websites which receive over 48,00 monthly pageviews. By creating custom tracking links we were able to track the client’s website traffic from each placement.
