Valerie Jennings Named One Of KC Business’ Influential Women
We’re very excited and honored to announce that Valerie Jennings, CEO of JSMM, was recently named one of KC Business’ Class of 2014 Influential Women. The program honors and awards Kansas City’s most outstanding female civic and business leaders.
According to KC Business, “Influential Women are those who inspire others, create opportunities for their organizations, give back to their communities and mentor others. To this day, past honorees still consider the distinction of Influential Women a cause to celebrate. They keep this strong network alive and welcome each new class of women with open arms. Together, they continue to achieve new heights of success.”
Jennings was selected as a member of the eighth annual program along with 29 other local women in the creative, entrepreneurial and non-profit communities. The full list of recipients will be announced in the March issue of KC Business. Events will culminate at the Influential Women event on March 19 at The Polsky Theater at Johnson County Community College.
