Videolicious: New Video Editing Software for the YouTube Aficionado
Posted by Emily Ward, social media marketer at JSMM
According to Matt Singer, co-founder of Videolicious, the app is most popular with reporters and content communities. So far, Videolicious has had 100 newspapers, magazines and TV stations sign up.
Singer said, “Whether it’s the largest newspapers in the world, local real estate agents or a company documenting their marketing events with video, it’s great to leverage existing expertise, events or contacts and create a video to really show people what happened and why it happened. Video provides a special opportunity to share passion and make personal connections that can draw in audiences.”
Users of the app can choose from a “freemium” model at no cost or from a variety of paid subscription plans. In addition, the Videolicious team is working on integrating the tool with popular video publishing, content management and marketing platforms.
