We reinvented FFLLOOWW’s brand identity around its unique differentiator: Miami’s only lakeside yoga experience available both in-person and online, centered around founder Shani Ayzencot and her journey to create a platform that meets people where they are emotionally.
Rather than casting a wide net, we curated 150 wellness and lifestyle influencers based on engagement quality, rather than follower count. The goal was to create an event so compelling that influencers would naturally want to share their experience with their audiences.
We structured an affiliate program (10% commission on referrals) instead of traditional one-time fees, incentivizing ongoing partnerships rather than transactional posts.

From 150+ outreach contacts, we secured 23 attendees with a combined reach of 2.5M followers. We negotiated one strategic paid partnership ($500 for a 202K+ follower influencer), while all attendees received affiliate codes and complimentary one-month memberships.
