It’s really important for me to get enough protein first thing in the morning. This is one of my all-time favorites. It’s plant-based, and for me, plant-based just works better.

I also add a couple of other supplements. I’ve tried a lot of different ones, but I really like Bloom. You can order all of this on Amazon. I usually add everything into the smoothie first.

I love coffee, and I like to add a collagen creamer. This one is easy to find at the grocery store or on Amazon — it’s called Vital Proteins.

In addition to my regular vitamins for hair, skin, and nails, I also take a vitamin E supplement. I’ve noticed that as we get older and our skin becomes more reactive, this almost immediately helps clear my skin if I’m having a reaction.

I also recommend regularly consulting with an esthetician or a med spa to get the right advice, especially if you’re just starting out in skincare.
