I want to talk about scaling an agency and even a brand with AI. With AI, it’s

0:06
different because it’s disrupting every aspect of a business from admin to white

0:14
collar. And it’s that deep disruption that kind of keeps bubbling up to the surface. All of a sudden, it’s like a

0:22
shakeup, right? where it it finally the the catalyst explodes and everybody’s

0:29
kind of shocked that there’s all these rapid decisions and changes that are all of a sudden happening. It is literally

0:38
the aftershock of how fast AI is kind of burling through these companies and

0:45
these agencies. It’s it’s hard to create a culture that is this continuous calm

0:53
predictable model in this era of AI really have to be ready. It is happening and unraveling so quickly that time is

1:03
of the essence and businesses are literally changing overnight. We’ve also seen a brand new category of AI

1:12
businesses, businesses that don’t even have any workers except AI agents. Right now, I’m looking for leadership,

1:20
maturity, AI, sappy skills. Um, and that strategic creative thinking. The areas

1:29
of AI require people that have calm leadership and also can respond and move quickly.

1:39
But if staff can’t adapt, and I think that this is why we’re seeing these layoffs, they’re going to find out 1:46
really quickly that they’ve been replaced either with an AI system, an agent, or somebody else that is already

1:56
more adaptable. The old systems and processes are all breaking or a lot of

2:03
them are under stress. It’s moved way faster than anybody was predicting. It

2:09
is um a time for leadership, a time for opportunity. Um and it is also a great

2:17
time for growth for people that can see it that way. And that leadership void

2:27
is really going to make or break the future of a lot of these businesses.
