Our CEO, Valerie Jennings, didn’t follow a typical career path. She didn’t attend an Ivy League school or have the privilege of elitist connections. JSMM was conceived and developed into the visionary agency it is today through hard work, dedication, commitment, sacrifice and lots of faith.
Time and again, Valerie has proven that the exact path you take in your career doesn’t matter – as long as you approach your work with excitement, a positive attitude and commitment to success. And this year, she saw that dedication acknowledged when she was nominated and WON Marketer of the Year by DMN. Whenever Valerie is asked how she found herself pursuing a career as a CEO of a digital marketing agency, the answer is always the same: she followed her passion!
